These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of manamatch.com.au (the "Site"), operated by ManaMatch, a registered business name (ABN 87 951 851 920) ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What ManaMatch is

ManaMatch is an independent price-comparison tool for Magic: The Gathering single cards sold by third-party Australian (and some international) retailers. We display information to help you compare prices and then link you to the retailer to complete any purchase. We do not sell cards, process payments, or fulfil orders.

Accuracy of information

Prices, stock, set details, and images are gathered from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or out of date. We make no guarantee that information on the Site is accurate or current. Always confirm the price, condition, and availability on the retailer's own website before purchasing. Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD); where a retailer prices in another currency, amounts are converted for comparison and are approximate and exclude shipping, duties, and fees.

Third-party stores and links

The Site contains links to third-party websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, policies, or the products and services they provide. Your dealings with any retailer are solely between you and that retailer.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site unlawfully or in a way that harms it or others.
Don't attempt to scrape, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
Don't misuse, copy, or redistribute Site content except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property & trademarks

The ManaMatch name, logo, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors. Magic: The Gathering, mana symbols, card names, card images, and all related marks are trademarks and copyrights of Wizards of the Coast LLC. ManaMatch is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Wizards of the Coast. Card data and imagery are provided by Scryfall and remain the property of their respective owners. We use these under the relevant fan-content and usage guidelines and claim no ownership of them.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, reliance on its information, or any third-party retailer or product.

Changes

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
